These high-quality GEHR POM-C W^TM products are specially developed for contact with drinking water and meet the strict safety and hygiene requirements. Our GEHR POM-C W^TM natural semi-finished products are verified annually according to KTW/BWGL, and our GEHR POM-C W^TM black semi-finished products are verified annually according to both KTW/BWGL and ACS.

The continuous service temperature of this engineering plastic is between -40°C and +100°C. Due to its toughness and high dimensional stability, there is essentially no tendency to stress cracking. The copolymer exhibits high thermal stability and chemical resistance. Of particular note here are its increased hydrolysis resistance and resistance to contact with many solvents. This material is frequently used in applications in the food industry, as it can withstand cleaning processes involving hot water or various chemicals. Our solid rods and sheets in natural colors comply with the Food Contact Regulation (EC) 10/2011.
